Smoking

The respected scientific journal “New Scientist”
(1), after examining over 600 clinical studies including
almost 72,000 subjects found the Hypnosis was the most effective method for
giving up smoking. Having far greater success than both “Will power” and
“Nicotine replacement therapy” combined.

It is important to understand that nicotine
addiction is not the main reason that people have trouble giving up smoking. It
is a fact that most of the nicotine is removed from the body in as little as
three to four days of abstaining from cigarettes. The biggest issue is that it
becomes a “Psychological habit” and in turn leads to a subconsious desire for
cigarettes. Hypnotherapy works directly at the “Subconsious level” dealing
directly with the root cause of the habit. This is the reason that clients
respond so well to this type of therapy.

Our Quit smoking programme consists of three 1 on
1 sessions and includes a CD to be played between sessions.

Hi, i have had eczema for 24years. My biggest problem is scratching and was just wondering if hypnosis could be used to stop myself from scratching as i think it could be the only solution. Thank you.

    • Edward says:

      Hi A
I have seen some marked improvement in eczema sufferers, especially in terms of a reduction in overall itching and associated anxiety. Those with long term skin disorders know too well that stress leads to itching and itching leads to stress. One of the reasons is that when one is stressed or anxious the nervous system triggers the release of the neurotransmitter histamine. Histamine in turn leads to more itching and inflamation. By training the subconsious mind to relax the body and mind the amount of histamine released is minimal and the symptoms lessen or in some cases even completely vanish. If you would like further imformation, just give us a call on 07 3846 3202.

      Kind Regards

      Edward
